1) How soon can we ship?
A) Most items are available for immediate shipment. If interested in custom imprinted items please contact us for delivery projection.

2) Can my company logo or message be imprinted on your products?
A) Yes, most items can be imprinted. Turnaround time 3-4 weeks. Rush service is available.

3) What are the types of imprinting?
A) Imprinting general guidelines:

Lanyards: We offer silk-screening and sublimation imprint methods. Woven and knit-In lanyards allow imprint orders or design is embroidered into fabric. Let our customer service representative assist you to select the best option to meet your quantity and time requirements.
Retractable badge holders: They can be imprinted/customized by the application of an adhesive back decal or dome to the center of the retractable. Decals come with a clear over-laminate to protect from fading and scratching. Our dome decals add a thick crystal clear covering, giving a beautiful, eye catching "three dimensional" look.
Badge holders: Most of our badge holders can be hot stamped with your company logo or message. Selected styles (credential holders and convention badges) can be silk-screened (multi-colors).

4) Can I order your badge holder in different colors than presented?
A) Yes. Some items are stocked in colors. Others available with a 500 pieces minimum. Please inquire for availability and production time.

5) Can you make a badge holder to my specifications?
A) Let us design a custom holder for your application. Choose a stock size or let us make your exact desired size. Grommets can be added for strength and we can imprint your company logo, message or slogan.

6) Can I e-mail my logo?
A) Yes and we can also accept black and white color separated artwork and a disk. When sent on disk we request a laser hard copy print out of the artwork.

Decals & Domes: Adobe .eps is the required file format. Always include a laser hard copy print out of the art work.

Badge holders: Adobe Illustrator 9.0 preferred. Camera-ready artwork is acceptable.

Silk-screened or Sublimated Lanyards: Adobe.eps is the required file format. Always include a laser hard copy print out of the art work.

7) How do you ship?
A) Our shipping methods are:

Normal Shipments - By UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. UPS air shipments, Federal Express, DHL, Airborne or common carrier available upon request.

Emergency Shipments - At your request, J. O'Brien Company will arrange for your order to be shipped Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day, or for Saturday Delivery. Please call our Customer Service Department for assistance and pricing: (973) 379-8844, or toll free at 877-379-8844.

Partial Shipments:
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, J. O'Brien Company, Inc. can ship and invoice partial shipments.
