It is a water fountain cap, as we still have Covid - 19 we are taking precautions on safety. These help a lot.

We used this product to secure our water fountains. We are in a school and it provided a safe and clean look while being able to lock out the fountain due to covid. We could keep the water bottle station portion of the fountain on while locking the fountain. Great for schools during flu season.

We have a fountain with a bottle filler with a traditional drink spout set up. The safety cover was very easy to install and looks simple and clean, way better than the red Solo cup I had blue tapped over it before my Lockout Kit came.
