Shipping Terms

All merchandise ordered on www.JOBRIEN.com can be shipped to the 48 adjoining contiguous United States (Alaska & Hawaii not included). All orders MUST be shipped to a US registered business address.

You can track your order at any time online via your MY ACCOUNT. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, or by calling a customer service representative at (877) 379-8844.


Shipping and Delivery

We offer five shipping methods for online orders: (1) Free Standard Shipping (2) UPS Ground, (3) UPS 3 Day Select, (4) UPS 2nd Day Air, and (5) UPS Next Day Air. Signature is required for all deliveries.

Standard shipping is any standard, non-expedited service offered by any major shipping carrier and chosen at the sole discretion of J. O’Brien Company on a per-order basis.

Please Note: If you select an expedited shipping option, your order must be received and credit must be approved by 12 p.m. EST, or it may not be processed until the next business day. Expedited shipping is available for select products. You can view complete shipping options for your product(s) in your shopping cart.


Some Items May Ship Separately

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.


Shipping To Multiple Addresses (Split Shipment)

This option is not currently available through our website. To request a split shipment, contact a Customer Care Specialist (877) 379-8844 for options and pricing.


Shipping FAQ's

How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping costs are determined by your item's size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.

In your shopping bag, we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping method available. If you select a different shipping method or live outside of the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.

Are shipping methods other than UPS available?

YES. Unfortunately these options are not currently available through our website. To choose a different shipping method, call a Customer Care Specialist (877) 379-8844 for options and pricing.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. In the event of any undue delay, we will attempt to contact you using the phone or email provided.

If a signature is required and I miss the delivery, what happens next?

Generally each carrier will attempt to deliver three (3) times, then the item(s) will be returned to J. O'Brien Company. We will contact you to schedule a re-shipment of your order and an additional cost for shipping will be assessed at that time.
